Scheduling is easier to manage in this release. Employee and equipment charts now support clearer ordering, better 30-minute time views, stronger bar text behavior, more reliable real-time updates, and a faster way to see rentals waiting to be scheduled.

eTicket workflows are clearer and more complete. Updates improve time display, minimum-hour handling, notification and warning options, signing, JSA and nested-question forms, and how eTickets load.

Timesheet entry and approval are more reliable. Updates improve approving and bulk approving timesheets, lunch code and lunch minute handling, regular hours recalculation, required-field validation, manual timecards, and timesheet exports.

Quoting is faster and more dependable. Updates add a clearer quote resource window and grid, improve overtime calculations and notifications, and resolve Quotes list errors and display issues.

Purchase order and vendor workflows are more reliable. Teams can use purchase order templates, preview saved purchase order details more accurately, and merge customer and vendor records more easily.

Invoice and accounting settings give you more control. New options can prevent lines from being added to an invoice and require an employee rate, invoice list layouts recover more gracefully, and discounts transfer correctly to the accounting integration.

Lists and record management are easier to use. Updates improve employee creation, job site status, resource details, rate visibility and permissions, desktop list columns, date and time information, reports, and desktop sign-in.

• Employee Chart rows can now be custom ordered, similar to the Equipment Chart.

• A new option can prevent lines from being added to an invoice.

• A new option can require an employee rate.

• Dispatchers can now see when rentals are waiting to be scheduled directly from the toolbar.
• Purchase order templates can now be managed through uploaded documents and selected for use in the desktop app.
• The quote agreement wording has been updated.
• eTickets now show start and finish times more clearly when overtime is included.
• The quote resource window now has a clearer labor section for adding employee resources and related rate details.
• Resources can now be created from the quote resource window.
• The equipment button text in the quote resource section has been updated.
• The new quote resource experience can now be turned on with a Beta flag, including the Add Resource button and the visibility of the quote resource window.
• The quote resource grid now lets you modify and delete resource records, and keeps resources and equipment linked when you reorder them.
• DT and OT values are no longer cut off in the Resources grid when they contain more than three digits.
• The Equipment Chart can now show 30-minute time intervals when zooming the chart view.
• The Employee Chart can now show 30-minute time intervals when zooming the chart view.

• Longer quote labels now save correctly or display a clear message.
• Timesheet exports from Reports now work without the Financial Data permission.
• Bar text now updates correctly when a bar with an inserted employee name is moved to a different employee.
• New job sites are now created as active instead of being placed on the inactive list.
• The resource form no longer shows a “Specified cast is not valid” error after a rate is assigned to a resource.
• New employee records now appear in the employee list after they are created or imported.
• Ready On and Ready By are now shown in the Approve/Post Timesheets detail grid.
• eTicket minimum hours now include overtime hours when needed.
• Rental statuses that insert the employee name now show the name on the schedule bar as expected.
• Lunch minutes are no longer cleared after editing resource times on a resource with a completed eTicket.
• Purchase order previews now fill in saved purchase order and vendor details more reliably.
• The -ALL- interval option in the Quotes list, which caused timeouts and errors, is hidden again.
• Users without rate-view permission can now still select the needed rate type.
• Rate amounts are now hidden during drag-and-drop when the user does not have permission to view rates.
• Nested questions no longer open expanded when launched from My Jobs buttons.
• Manual timecards can now be saved after Out and In times are entered and then removed.
• Customer and vendor records can now be selected again in the Merge Records tool.
• Quote overtime calculations no longer drop hours for date ranges that span multiple weekends.
• Slow performance when quoting has been addressed.
• Local-install desktop users now see bar and status changes in real time without logging out.
• Resizing or editing a schedule bar before a rental has a customer assigned no longer causes an error.
• The job site map can now be opened without first entering latitude and longitude.
• Sales reports now generate correctly with specific date filters.
• Resources are no longer notified on days they are not working.
• The Show on My Jobs Daily checkmark now displays immediately in the Equipment and Employee Charts and on the chart flyout menu.
• The Job Address section is no longer briefly displayed while an eTicket is loading.
• eTicket option checkbox labels are no longer cut off.
• The Lunch Code message now clears after a valid code is selected on a timecard.
• Rental Created On and Modified On values now show in the user’s local time.
• eTicket options now support notifying the salesperson when a field user selects Process Internally.
• eTicket options now support warning users when completing an eTicket if a specific rental field contains data.
• A required-start-time message now appears when saving a timecard without a start time.
• Labels in the equipment and times areas of the quote resource window are now aligned.
• The Rates dropdown is no longer excessively wide for equipment without rates.
• Discounts now transfer to the accounting integration as deductions instead of additions.
• The Quotes list interval filter no longer briefly shows incorrect values while the page loads.
• Regular hours are now recalculated when Out and In times are cleared.
• The Quotes list no longer returns an HTTP 500 compilation error.
• Vendor records now appear in the merge selection list.
• Opening New Timesheet after using Next/Prev in Timesheets (Daily) no longer returns a 404 error.
• “Use Previous” now loads a Finish Time that matches Hours Per Day when creating a resource.
• Quote acceptance notifications are now sent and received for a second branch.
• Customer List Created On and Modified On columns now show both date and time.
• Created On and Modified On columns are no longer too narrow when added to desktop list views.
• Opening Columns customization in desktop lists no longer causes an unhandled XML error.
• The Has Purchase Order column in the eTicket List is now wider by default.
• A validation message now appears when saving a Ready timesheet with an empty Out field.
• Employees and equipment on a deactivated branch no longer disappear.
• Clicking Edit again in a JSA form now opens Edit Element instead of the Edit Panel.
• Nested questions no longer briefly appear expanded while forms are loading.
• Lunch Minutes are no longer restored after selecting a Lunch Code that has no configured Lunch Minutes.
• JSA acknowledgments are now saved when the Prestart Form is opened before the acknowledgment dialog appears.
• Bulk Approve no longer rejects all selected timesheets when only some cannot be approved.
• Boom eTickets can now be signed.
• The default layout is now selected automatically when there is an error with a layout on the Invoice List.
• OAuth sign-in in the desktop app now opens its embedded browser correctly in ClickOnce installs.
• The Approve button on the Approve/Post Timesheets list now approves eligible timesheets.
