July 2026 Release Notes – Visual Dispatch Support Center

This release adds Hide Redundant Data and a physical signature setting, and fixes JSA and timesheet issues.

Hide Redundant Data on the Day View Spreadsheet. Repeated information can now be hidden, and a new rental option controls it per rental.
Allow physical customer signature. A new setting in Settings 2 lets customers sign on paper, and it carries through to the mobile app.
Job Site search is now available.
Overtime from a Quick Pick no longer applies when it should not.
Tax items and tax checkboxes on line items no longer regenerate unexpectedly during header regeneration.
Internally processed eTickets now generate properly on the desktop.
A Desktop Ticket now shows only the resources scheduled for the ticket’s day.
Dropdown lists on the Resource tab of Application Options now render correctly.

The JSA acknowledgement now shows every employee’s acknowledgement, not only the signed-in user’s.
Approved timesheets can be posted from the Approve/Post Timesheets list.
A quote with a Won reason is no longer reported as Lost in the Sales Report.
Crane resources are no longer deleted automatically.
The Submit Notification email now appears right after you save a new form, without refreshing the Forms Designer.
Required radio group validation on the eTicket Other form clears after a valid selection.
An intermittent eTicket error has been fixed.

This Desktop release fixes two scheduling and ticket problems.

Placeholders now pull onto the Desktop Ticket.
All resource timebars for a date can now be deleted on the Resource Chart tab of the Rental form.
