This release adds multi-tenant sign-in and an invoice email template on the Web, and fixes timesheet, report, and eTicket problems.

Desktop

• New bar text options are available on the Equipment and Employee charts.
• Job sites now import correctly.
• You can print and preview a Desktop Ticket again.
• The MYOB connection no longer fails because of a conflicting registration already on the machine.
• The resource count now updates after you delete resources from the Resource chart.
• The equipment availability list now uses the resource date, not today’s date, when you edit a rental.

Web

• Multi-tenant sign-in. The login page now has a Tenant ID field, with a matching flow for on-premises installations.
• Invoice email template. There is a new HTML email body template for sending invoices.
• Lunch minutes without Worked Through. eTickets have a new option to allow lunch minutes only.
• Approve/Post Timesheets opens again, and approved timesheets post from the list without an error.
• Manual timesheets now ignore the Temporary Branch and store only the main branch.
• Unbilled Revenue is now accurate and clearer, and the Branch Revenue report no longer errors when the Unbilled Revenue checkbox is on.
• The Map button works again.
• Terms and conditions PDFs on eTickets now fill in merge fields such as the salesperson name.
• The eTicket preview no longer shows unrounded decimals in the Qty column.
• The PDF no longer cuts off the item list.
• Required fields now have a space between the label and the asterisk.
• Notification emails are now sent when Prestart, JSA, or Other forms are completed.
• Creating a new quote or form with multi-tenant enabled no longer causes an error.
• Qty and Rate no longer disappear when you add equipment with a Daily Graduated rate.
• Package groups can be created again, and overtime in a package now saves.
• Resources no longer receive multiple texts or emails when a job is dispatched.
• The Customer popup-comments-at-quote setting now works.
• The Customer Comments window now wraps long unbroken text.
• The Supervisor/Dispatcher and Looked At By fields are no longer cleared when you save a quote.

This Desktop release fixes Day View Spreadsheet, vendor import, and tax problems and speeds up the Add Rental form.

Desktop

• Lunch minutes without Worked Through. eTickets have a new option to allow lunch minutes only.
• Signature times. The eTicket list now shows the time as well as the date on all four signature dates.
• Faster Add Rental form. The form opens faster for rentals with more than 200 resources.
• Checking or clearing the Show on My Jobs (Resource and Daily) or Ticket Complete checkbox on the Day View Spreadsheet no longer causes errors when Hide Redundant Data is on.
• The Customer Comments column on the Day View Spreadsheet and the QuoteID column on the Rental List no longer display compressed.
• Bar times can be added and edited when you propagate a rental from the Equipment Chart.
• Bar text options from Access are now available in Enterprise.
• The Equipment and Employee charts now refresh when you send a scheduled quote back to open.
• Tax now flows correctly from Visual Dispatch to QuickBooks Online, and tax items regenerate when they should without having to click No.
• Vendors no longer appear in the customer merge list.
• Importing a vendor that is already a customer now succeeds, and the Vendor Import lists the correct field names.
• The Vendor form no longer forces a Print or Email Invoice choice.

• Multiple job site addresses now copy to the eTicket correctly.
• Resource hours now round correctly after lunch minutes are added in the eTicket Resources.
• The JSA acknowledgement now shows the correct time after the form is acknowledged.
