Getting to Submitted Forms
Visual Dispatch stores submitted forms in separate lists, organized by form type. These lists can be accessed from the Forms dropdown in the web version.
Although these open three different screens, they function similarly. Each includes:
Filters at the top to select which forms appear in the list, including:
By form name
By associated branch
By equipment used on the rental
By status
By date
By date range (or by last Day, Week, or Month)
Column chooser to customize visible columns
View button at the bottom to open a completed form
Download button at the bottom to download a PDF of the completed form

Customizing the columns that are visible
To modify the columns displayed in the list, use the Settings button located on each column header.
Clicking the button opens the following dropdown:
Hide – removes the selected column from view.
Column Chooser – opens a menu to display additional columns.
- Move To – opens a menu that lets you reposition the column.
