Setting the JSA (Safety) form for the Entire Company
JSA forms can only be configured in the Desktop version of Visual Dispatch.
To access the setting:
Click the Tools dropdown.
Select the Options flyout.
Click eTicket.
- On the dialog that appears, navigate to the Settings 1 tab and set the JSA Form property.
- Click OK to apply.
Adding the JSA form for a Specific Branch
Many companies use different forms for different branches. Like the overall JSA form setting, branch-specific forms can only be configured in the Desktop version.
To define branch-specific forms:
Click the Lists dropdown.
Select Branches.
- On the Branch List dialog, select the branch for which the JSA form will be assigned.
- Click Edit or double-click the branch to open the edit dialog.
On the Editing Branch dialog, click the eTicket tab.
Locate the JSA Form setting.
Change the option from System Setting to Override.
Select the desired JSA form from the dropdown menu.
- Click OK.
- Click Close.
