Hide from e-Ticket Checkbox

This functionality is designed to hide Resources, Labor, and Items from an e-Ticket once it has been created. The reasons for using this function can vary from wanting to hide certain charges from customers, to hiding processes from Operators.

This function works on a per-rental basis, meaning that Resources, Labor, and Items can be hidden on one rental, but be visible on another rental.

Please follow the below steps to hide a Resource on a Rental:

• Create a Rental
• Add a Resource or Item on the Rental
• For a Resource/Labor
  • Open the Resource from the Rental by double clicking it
  • Check off the Hide from eTicket checkbox

• For an Item
  • Navigate to the Items Tab on the Rental
  • Add an item to the Rental here
  • Once the item is added, scroll over to the "Hide from eTicket" column and check the checkbox
