When using the desktop app an d looking to download invoices in .pdf or xls the files will be saved on the VirtualMachine by default.
In order to save the files to your local PC you will need to map your Downloads folder.
How To:
1. When in E-Tickets List highlight a ticket and click the "pdf" button.
2. In the new window: This PC -->find your C: drive with your PC name and click on it
3. Once the folders in the right window load go to: Users -->your Username -->select the folder you would like to safe your files in the future by a right click and choose "Pin to quick access"
4. Once done the selected folder will permanently be saved in the left window part under "Quick Access" and can be easily selected as the target save location.
Advice: As all those steps are being made on a Virtual Machine the process might be slow.
