Visual Dispatch uses Follow-up dates to allow salespeople to identify when they would like to reach back out to a prospect and then filter their quotes by those that are due for follow-up. These follow-up dates can be set either before the due date or after, depending on the salesperson's preference.
The Follow-up date is set on the individual quote level in the General section
When that date arrives, this will trigger a separate filtering option on the Quotes page
Once this is selected, the salesperson will see any quotes that are ready for follow-up. They can either resend the quote from Visual Dispatch, or they can contact their prospect outside of VisD.
