Rapid Fleet and Visual Dispatch share Equipment information as follows.
Equipment: List
This integration aims to keep current the equipment list across the two systems:
- The Equipment List between Rapid Fleet and Visual Dispatch flows in both directions, meaning changes to an Equipment object will automatically be reflected in each system.

Equipment: Out of Service
When equipment is taken out of service within Rapid Fleet, this will automatically be reflected in Visual Dispatch. Visual Dispatch will automatically show a Non-Rental Job assigned to the equipment. Users will need to key in the expected duration when taking the equipment out of service.

User List
This integration aims to keep the user list current across the systems.
- The User List flows from Visual Dispatch to Rapid Fleet. Invite and manage users for Rapid Fleet directly from Visual Dispatch. New users can create their profile directly within Rapid Fleet.

GPS Integrations
This integration keeps the meter or mileage data accurate throughout multiple use cases.
GPS Vendor: Samsara
Customers can expect the following capabilities when Samsara is used as the GPS provider.
Equipment Check-in
When a mechanic checks in a vehicle to complete a work order, the meter and odometer data will be automatically pulled into the check-in form. This data is then also passed into Visual Dispatch.
