Each employee must have a unique name. If an employee is not in the Employee list, then they are either currently in another branch list, or have previously been marked inactive and can be reactivated by selecting the inactive box in the general employee list which will show all inactive employees.
The employee can be selected from the list of inactive employees, their record opened and the inactive box unchecked - this will add the employee back to the list of active employees.
