What are Stored Rentals?

Stored Rentals are a way of saving or storing Rentals that have been created, but not used yet. They are similar to how an Email application saves an un-sent email that can be worked on and completed later.
Use Case:
If a customer requests a Rental/Job, the Dispatcher would normally begin work by filling in all of the relevant details of that customer, and the associated equipment to complete the Job/Rental. However, lets say that customer calls back in to put a delay on that job. Instead of completely scrapping all of the work the dispatcher put into creating the Rental, they can easily move it to the Stored Rentals list for later use when the client is ready.
How to Transfer a Rental to a Stored Rental:
Navigate to Lists -> Rentals
From the list here, please right click and select Copy/Move to. Then Select Move to Stored Rentals
A Pop-up box will appear asking for confirmation, select Yes:
To find a list of Stored Rentals, navigate to List -> Stored Rentals
This will be the list of all Rentals that have been stored. To move a Stored Rental back to the Schedule, right click on any Rental, then click Move to Schedule
